This workshop combines sequences of self-massage, stretches, and acupressure points. Specifically designed to enhance productivity and promote and an overall feeling of relaxation and wellbeing. You will learn a set of massages that you will be able to use anywhere, and at anytime. We will give special attention to the neck, shoulders, back, and legs.
Great for you to gather more energy at work, as well as to release and relax at the end of the day or after a physical practice.

About Albert Garcia Ordinas
Albert is a dedicated yoga teacher and student, and a former contemporary dancer. Always fascinated with exploring the amount of possibilities for the mind and body connection and potential to grow. During his 10 year dance career he had the privilege to travel around the world learning yoga, massage and reiki from inspiring teachers that he met along the way. ‘I brought all of it with me when I based myself in Amsterdam. I am fully dedicated to expanding wellbeing, helping enhance physical, mental and emotional balance with yoga and holistic practices. My motto: We are all unique and special.’
