In this workshop, we explore the huge impact breathing has on our wellbeing. Breath = life, each inhale we take gives us life. The quality of each inhale and each exhale is of great relevance to how we feel each moment. How you feel effects your breath, and vice versa. We will learn how to influence the quality of our natural breathing, and which breathing practices (pranayama) are of benefit to you individually. At the end of the workshop you will have an understanding of the effects of different pranayama’s, and which ones you can incorporate into your daily life.
