Wellbeing Yoga Ritual

Touching is a natural human reaction for conveying compassion and support. In our modern lifestyles dealing with stress, chronic diseases and injuries, devoting time to wellbeing becomes more and more appealing. In this class we combine Yin Yoga with Aromatherapy and small massages to reach a personal sense of wellbeing.

Yin Yoga is a very slow and calming yoga practice. Very suitable when you feel depleted of energy, need to restore or are looking to find inner stillness. Yin Yoga makes use of Chinese medicine as it actives meridian lines through the body, and in turn has a positive effect on internal organs and overall health.

Relax Ritual

Yin Yoga is a very slow and calming yoga practice. Very suitable when you feel depleted of energy, need to restore and are looking to find inner stillness. Yin Yoga makes use of Chinese medicine as it actives meridian lines through the body and so has a positive effect on internal organs and overall health.

Yoga Nidra or ‘yogic sleep’ is a meditation and conscious relaxation practice that is intended to induce total physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Yoga Nidra can be as restorative as a few hours of regular sleep, and brings about release at the subconscious levels of the mind.

Meditation

Feeling stressed or anxious, overwhelmed with emotions or lost in thoughts after a long day? This meditation class can be the key for you to unplug, wind down, ground, reconnect with your center.

In this class you will:
• Learn to focus on your breathing in order to become more present 
• Work with the breath in a way that allows you to be more calm and not get too lost in your own head.
• Connect with your own tender heart.
• Find contentment in the present moment.

You will be guided step-by-step, encouraged, supported and carried through out the practice.

Candles and specific aroma infusions will enhance your experience and bring your state of mind into bliss.

Yin
[yoga]

Yin – the opposing energy of yang – is a slow-moving, grounded practice where we hold each posture for around 3-5 minutes. Intended to deepen the flexibility and elasticity of connective tissues like fascia, Yin Yoga is a complementary practice to the muscle- and blood-focused approaches of most other styles of yoga. Practiced consistently, Yin Yoga may offer increased mobility to joints.

Sunrise Ritual

This class is a 45 minute morning practice which will open and strengthen the body and relax the mind. The flow of energy in your body will harmonize throughout this balanced practice. We start with a simple yet energising flow, infused with mindful breathing, and close with meditation. This is focused on setting intentions for the day ahead, so that your day becomes beautiful.

At the end of the class you will feel energy, yet calmness and gratitude. This will become your day’s foundation. You will be able to repeat this ritual on a daily basis.
